My backyard is being taken over by the wild strawberry plant shown in the picture. For the last two summers I tried pulling them out but they seem to be re-growing and expanding fast.
What can I do to get rid of them / control their growth?
Same. They have runners that you have probably seen crawling through the grass. They then take root and more pop up. I've tried a lot of things including real weed killer but they keep coming back. I've been thinking about a flame torch to continually burn them all summer as they appear.
