How do you ensure construction completion of condo?
We've taken possession of our unit Dec 2 in a medium sized (70 units), new-build condo in Calgary. We have our initial (turnover) meeting coming up next week. Many aspects of the development are still incomplete (landscaping, foyer unfinished, what else ???). Not that I expect the Developer to drop the ball, but what documents or warrantees do they need to provide to assure that general property deficiencies are documented are recognized before the property being turned over to the resident board?
