Well this is how we made it at Baskin Robbins:

5 oz vanilla low fat yogurt
7 oz strawberry concentrate (prolly mostly strawberry syrup with lots of sugar)
3/4 scoop of ice
blend

Can I substitute the vanilla yogurt for ice-cream?

Where can I buy strawberry concentrate? Or is there a "healthier" alternative to that?

Strawberries or strawberry ice cream. If you try the actually berries it might be tough, out of season. You'll have to settle for the organic ones at most stores.

Costco sells big bags of frozen fruit for about $7 or so a bag. You get strawberries, mango/peach and a couple other flavors.

For you non-Costco members, there is always M&M Meatshops. They have a very good frozen fruits and berries too! I don't know how they compare to the Costco frozen fruits, but I found them to be very good.
