How do you pay for US car?

Hi RFD members.
I need you guys help.

I am about to purchase a SUV from States. (app US$20,000 cash)
Exchange rate is geting higher for US dollar, so I feel I better be hurry.

I am wondering what kind of method RFD members use to pay?

Can you guys tell me which is the best way to save money and time?

'Cars from US' thread introduces many different ways but I am not sure which is good way and why. Some people told me that I can open US bank account in Canada. Some poeple told me to use VBCE which stands for Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange. I have no idea which is the best way to me.

Can you guys help me?
