How does Tea N Bannock Aboriginal Restaurant Stay Profitable?

I'm looking at its online menu, and the prices are cheap. Hours are non-traditional for a restaurant. They are in Little India area on Gerrard. How do they stay profitable? I'd guess the rent is high in that area.

They are?

8oz Buffalo ribeye for $30 is cheap?
$9 for a 4oz Buffalo burger is cheap?
I find it more strange that their menu lists like 4 prices.

I'll give you that one. I don't know the neighborhood but if it's a lunch crowd or something those aren't bad.
Saturday though... 12-5? Again I don't know the neighborhood but most restaurants are slowest during 2-5.

It also serves as a community hub for the aboriginal community.
From time to time they hold seminars, special speakers and other community focused events. Thats according to the posters i've seen...

They also do catering. Perhaps they tapped into a very niche market. The only authentic aboriginal restaurant in the gta! Gotta admit you don't see that everyday.
