How to enter US dividends from US brokerage in Turbotax

My wife received in 2019 dividends (and paid 15% withholding tax) from US stock in non-reg account (Form 1042-S) She held it in US brokerage. On Tutbotax there are 3 different boxes under Foreign income:
- Investment income
- Investment income exempt under a tax treaty
- Other income (line 13000)

In which box she should enter the amount?

I'm not a tax professional; I usually enter the 1042-S amounts in Investment income and then claim the 15% withholding as tax paid in foreign country for an equivalent foreign tax credit against tax owed in Canada.
