How to find out the right Kitchen Sink's size?

Suppose you have a granite countertop and its cutout is 30x16. How to find out the right Kitchen Sink's size? How to find out the max and min length & width possible for the Kitchen Size ? Thanks.

It’s a 30x16
That’s your max and min

If you are asking about the actual bowl size (single, double), that depends if it’s drop in, dual mount, or under mount so look for 30x16 sink and then check the bowl(s) size

I eliminate farmhouse cause you said it’s a cutout

But the sink size mentioned on products includes the rim, so should not the sink be a bit bigger than the cutout? Otherwise how the rims of the sink will attach to the countertop? I am looking for undermount

Underhung sink size is specified without rim. The rim is usually additional 1” all around.
If you already have an opening cut out, make a template from it and go to the store to see what fits.

i think it depends if you want positive, negative or zero reveal but if cut out is 30x16 then you're probably looking at max 1inch larger or smaller
