How to get onenote?
It comes with office 365 but I don't use it because I don't like my things being on the cloud. Is there a way I can get it without office 365?

Is there a OneNote offline installer like the new Microsoft Edge? The latter has an offline installer on the business website not the consumer website. Is there one for OneNote as well?
