how to get rid of mandatory old proxy log in

I signed up with Anyport.tv a couple of months ago. I didn't work and I cancelled my subscription. Now when I log in to Netflix (which was part of Anyport as well) it asks me for the Anyport login.
Anyone know how to get rid of the old proxy login?
