What will you use it for?
Seems expensive to me.

It's very good/fast but not the fastest for the money. You're paying for a small package. It also lacks a dedicated/descreet GPU in the event you needed it for gaming which cannot be added after the fact.

You're spending a lot of money for features that aren't of use to you. Basic web development and 4K streaming don't require a 6 core 4.7GHz i7 processor, and they don't require 2TB of NVMe SSD space.

Does it need to be a small computer like that? You could build a better AMD based Tower for less money.

It's like a laptop without the screen and keyboard.... you're paying them to put that in a small package. Will be good for HTPC and situations where space is at a premium ( but then you'll need space for the monitor/keyboard/mouse for normal use anyways...).
Consider one of those Asrock Deskmini barebone pc kits. if you want a small yet pretty powerful PC. Or just a laptop!

i would just build a new computer for around $1,200 give or take.
here is a suggestion but you can change anything you want to save money or make it even more powerful - https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/Cwtfjp
