How long does Factory Direct take to ship online orders?

Ordered a refurb phone from there and immediately regretted it. However cust service isn't open until Monday and there's no way to cancel the order online!! How long has this company taken to ship items in your experience? I do NOT want this phone.

Thank u. I'll be up nice and early tomorrow calling their #!$[mention2=79536 slug=]*[/mention2] CS line to cancel this order. Hopefully this doesn't end up being a very expensive mistake!
