how long does it take to do an annual health check？
I have an appointment booked for 9:30AM in downtown, but will need to go back to work at 1PM in Markham, how long usually are these procedures?

Depends, of course; depends on your health status, your doctor, etc. My last physical (2019) was maybe 20 mins, including pap.

Is this health check with a GP, or you're going in for blood test, ultrasound etc...?

I just had a physical earlier this month. First visit was about 15 minutes and then I had to go get a blood test.
Second visit was a little more involved, about 20 minutes.
Unless there is a serious issue I would think it shouldn't take OP much longer than that.

Wait time about 50 minutes, doctor sees you about 15-20 minutes.

Do your blood, urine tests.
Then see doctor once results are in.
