How many undershirts and boxers do you own?

Simple thread, how many undershirts and/or boxers do you own?

I am trying to limit the number of times I do laundry to just once a month so I am currently at a count of 24 boxers and 23 undershirts. I still have a few more to buy but I am close.

How about you?

Why do you only want to do laundry once a month?

No reason, I just want a wardrobe big enough where I can do laundry once a month.

Interesting concept. Wouldn't you need 30/31 of each? Why you want to limit to once a month and wont you end up with lots of clothes to wash meaning multiple loads of laundry?

So you reduce sweating by putting on another layer of clothing, thus increasing your heating?? why not just wear antiperspirant?

Well..it is not a perfect science, I guess I can aim for 32 each...

I am someone who is not particular about how I do laundry. I have no issues stuffing in clothing nor do I have issues mixing whites with colours or anything. I think even when I reach my goal, I should be able to wash EVERYTHING in 3 loads or less.

Actually I don't think of undershirts like that. I was just someone who was raised wearing undershirts and so I continue on the trend. I actually find it odd or feel "naked" per say if I don't wear an undershirt. Maybe it is an Indian thing?

As for antiperspirants, as the other poster said, they do not last very long..almost like the body has build a tolerance to it.

What's the reason why you want to accomplish this? Is it to save money, time rescription?

Edit I'm a white guy, but can't stand to wear dress shirts without under shirts.

I have no reason why I want to accomplish this..I just figured since I change both of these items every day why not have enough to go a whole month.

The laundry and time savings bonus is just a plus I guess.

This is RFD. It's understandable. I, too, would like to have month load of underwear and undershirt.

Plus it helps me feel good that I'm not wasting boat loads of water every week.

I guess you can try to wear merino wool as you may be able to get away from washing everyday.

Ever since I started wearing merino wool socks, my husband only washes like 2 pairs of socks a week for me. Instead of like 10 (more than 1 per day if it is gym day)

How are you saving time by doing one giant load at the end of the month vs multiple small loads like once a week? I suppose maybe if you dont have your own washer and dryer.

I didn't wear undershirts for the longest time, but since I wear a uniform now, I have a thin Under Armour undershirt behind the uniform. It is either that or a compression shirt.

If not going to work, I don't wear an undershirt under my top layer.
