I think it's fair for a used ps 4 pro which seems around ~400 used.

I would say $400 or trade a ps4 pro. If you really want it. It will be more for light tasks and decor or for TV box.

I'd say it is worth it if you are not using your PS4 pro and want to get rid of. It is obviously way more versatile, and also a lot smaller.
On the other hand, you can get ASRock Deskmini for $190 (or $160 AR) from newegg. This has gone for as low as $70 from US.

It is bigger, I'd say double the thickness of this Zotac zbox but way more easily upgradable.
