Lettermail has a max thickness of 0.5cm, which is not enough to fit a dvd/bluray case. Non-standard/oversize had a max thickness of 2cm, which would be fine for a case with minimal padding, unless it's a thick case (for example, one that holds 4 discs).

Don't be nosey
OP, don't forget regular lettermail does not have tracking. So not sure how critical it'll be if your disc goes missing in transit.

unless u got something rare or a box set ur not getting more then 10 bucks maybe 15 its a new release. so if it gets lost its not like your taking a big hit anyway. to ship with tracking cost $13 minimum so not worth it for most small items.

Sending a single disc in its case with bubble pack results in a package that is just under 2cm in thickness and costs $3.60 to mail.
