How much should I pay for Cogeco ON 1 Gb Internet with Mix 20 TV?

I have my Cogeco promo up for renewal soon. I just did a mid-promo upgrade from Ultra-Fibre 120 to 1Gb. My current charge is $117.50 plus tax, which includes MIX20 cable channels. I do not have their phone service.

What pricing objective would you suggest to renew my current services? Anyone have current experience in negotiating these prices?

Pls don't suggest switching to START.CA etc. at this point - I am aware of what is on offer with the resellers. And Bell would have to kill me to put a Bell contract into my cold hands.
