How often should you replace shower valve, faucet, etc?
Recently my bathtub spout has broken, and I'm thinking of replacing it.
I checked Home Depot and the spout alone costs around $15-20
The all-in-one kit, which includes a shower head, shower valve and spout usually costs more than $100.
I changed my shower head about 3-4 years ago, and my shower valve still works great although it's been there since I moved, which was 7-8 years ago.
I plan to sell my house next year. Would it be a good investment to buy all-in-one kit and replace everything?
