How to PM?

I am pretty new to the forum and want to know how to PM.

I saw a similar post and it says to post at least once. Is that how it works?

How to unlock private messaging and voting on RedFlagDeals:

Click on the users name on the left

Then on the left once again in the new tab hit "Send Message", then the rest is straight forward!

"Posts in select forums don't count towards your cumulative total which is what you need to hit 1 to gain access to PM. Look at your profile box. If it's still showing 0 you won't be able to PM. If it's at 1 or higher you should be able to PM. If you can't PM and you have 1 or more posts send me a PM and I'll check your account."
