How to replace DDR4 Ram (2 x 8gb one failed)

I have a Vengeance 3000mhz 8gb stick and one of them ahs failed. The model number is CMK16GX4M2B3000C15.

I want to buy another 8gb but can't seem to find any? Does it have a different part number? What should I be looking for?

https://www.amazon.ca/Corsair-Vengeance ... B07B4FRMGV

This one looks to be similar, but ends with C16 instead of C15. Is that a big difference?

Thanks

If the ram is defective, I would just get 2 new sticks of ram and Kijiji the older working one. The one that no longer works might qualify for an RMA.

I would also run memtest 86 to make sure the "good' ram stick is in fact good

Yes I tested it in different slots. Won't boot when they are both in together and it won't boot by itself. Not sure I can RMA as I bought it off Kijiji (it was working for over a year). These are the results of the test:

5.375: 4608 MB Test starting on 4 CPUs...
5.375: Allocating memory...
9.297: Starting loop 1
9.297: Stuck Address Test...
11.562: Random Data Test...
13.875: Move Data Test...
14.781: Bitpattern Test...
89.187: Starting loop 2
89.187: Stuck Address Test...
91.578: Random Data Test...
94.422: Move Data Test...
95.375: Bitpattern Test...
170.469: Starting loop 3
170.469: Stuck Address Test...
172.719: Random Data Test...
175.000: Move Data Test...
175.859: Bitpattern Test...
203.890: Test finished with no errors detected

With covid I don't want to bother dealing with kijii for what will probably end up being $20-$25. The one I linked won't be a good replacement? I don't really game or anything as it's paired with an i3-8100. I might get into games but would that really even make a difference?

Buy another 8GB stick if you need to. No need to match the companies or even frequency. Any DDR4 Stick at or above 3000Mhz should be fine. They will both run at lower of the common frequencies.
