Huh, they say this is a gaming monitor but they also say the input lag is 14ms gtg.....isn't that pretty bad for a "gaming" monitor

Nice! Does it have VESA mounts? Need to figure out which dual mounts will support these so I can use 4.

You need a beast rig to be able to achieve 144fps average on this monitor ...... I supposed another $4000 for the rig has to be invested?

Also, no 2.1?

Why not just buy an OLED then? LG OLEDs basically come with all of these features for a cheaper price

I'm sort of puzzled.

Why would you go for this over a CX65 that...

costs 30% less,

has the same input lag ( or better? I'm seeing 6-14ms on the CX series),

has better imaging due to OLED panel,

and has a 4.8/5 rating from consumers rather than 2.2/5?

Hmm me too I'm confused but I guess this has a displayport which TVs usually don't have and this is 144Hz

Thing is can this even reach 4k 144fps? Cause it says max resolution is 4k (60hz)

Someone could buy a 65" OLED CX, which has all of this + a 1ms input lag, for $2500.

Its a niche for gamers who don't care about cost. It has G-sync and an extra 24Hz. The target market is very very tiny. Those who want 144Hz on a 65" panel basically playing games like valorant, csgo, etc. Maybe just streamers since many pros actually prefer 240Hz smaller monitors instead of something bigger. I tried valorant on a 75" TV before and got to say it didnt go too well for me due to the simple fact i got to be sitting farther away and it was much harder to get head shots. Ended up with just a 2 ratio and gave up that idea after 1 game.

It's not great... but at 14ms you'll have 2 frames of lag at 144hz

This one is tough folks, the niche says gamer, but the panel couldn't be lamer for what it offers.

It lacks 2.1, I'm not even sure why we're discussing this.

OP didn't do wrong here, because this is an opportunity to educate.

Get yourself a clearance CX 65" if you can find one. There's nothing sexier short of the C11.

God bless, gents.

Over priced, agreed with above panel is lame for price. Lag is too high.
