HST Rebate on New Build

My purchase price is $406325 on a new home I will be residing.

The builder claims the purchase price is $383649 excluding HST but my final price is $406325 including HST and new home rebate.

Am I eligible for further HST Rebate since I paid partial of it? Please help!

what do you mean ? If this is going to be your primary residence, then the purchase price is already net of taxes and housing rebate which builder will file on your behalf, therefore, no further claim of rebate can be made.

Your purchase agreement will show HST rebate to builder. It's wrapped up in his advertised price. No you don't get a further rebate.

The price they advertise is after they assume you are getting the HST rebate.
If for any reason you're not eligible, you will need to pay extra for the HST.

Thanks everyone. I thought since we can get up to 75% of HST rebated that maybe I can still apply and receive a partial refund.
