huawei p30 pro 256gb vs iPhone XR 64gb

I take the Android P30.

Spec wise, they're pretty close. If you don't care about the Android vs iPhone ecosystem debate (I'm and Android guy myself, but there are absolutely pros and cons to both), do you care about software support? Chances are that the iPhone will be supported longer than the Huawei, from an OS upgrade perspective. I think the p30 pro scores higher from a camera benchmark perspective, but both have excellent cameras too. So really, it comes down to an OS preference and security update preference, IMO.

Thanks. What if the dealer only have P30 Pro 128GB instead of 256GB, the 256GB is obviously a limited number of promotions?

The dealer is providing quite in-depth way how to get OS upgraded, so it is not a problem. Only from P40, OS upgrade become a problem.

Would P30 still be a better choice?

Only you can answer if it's worth an extra $360 ($15 more per month for 24 months) for that extra 128gb of storage. And the issue with the P30 isn't the ease of upgrades (yes, because it pre-dates the China company ban in the US, it has Play store natively), it's with the DURATION of upgrades. It's highly unlikely that Huawei will continue to provide Android security updates for the P30 Pro for as long as Apple will provide security updates for the iPhone XR.

Can you propose any other offers recently that can be considered? I missed the offer from the Mobileshop last month. I am hoping a phone is included.

Both are pretty old phones, how long is the commitment term? P30 Pro might get one more update but Huawei has been extremely slow and behind with Android OS updates and even security patches for the last 2 years.

Only downside is P30 by 2 years will be a 4+ year old phone, and will be behind OS updates by 3 iterations
