Heads up that this was free on Epic games in the fall, so you might want to check your account there first. Otherwise, seems like a good deal, and the Epic giveaway I'm sure didn't include all the DLCs.

EU4 has been free or cheap plenty of times, but the real outlier here is an almost complete DLC collection for a very reasonable price. The full package would cost ~$200 during typical 50% off sales.

I can't help but bet that an EU5 announcement is coming, we saw these same kind of "complete" deals on CK2 before CK3 was announced.

The DLC bundle is what sells this bundle, it's never this cheap if you want to buy all the DLCs.

I was actually expecting a bundle this spring, Paradox seems to be doing 1 such bundle every spring for the past few years. 2021 was Stellaris, 2020 was Cities Skylines, 2019 was Crusader Kings 2. And each of these bundles was mainly about getting all or most of the DLCs.

I would recommend getting this bundle if you want to go deep into this game, it's likely such a bundle sale won't come around again. I missed the CK2 bundle in 2019, and I could never get the DLCs that cheap since.

Man, I have spent over $100 on games in the last week, mainly on the 2 bundles. They are worth it, but I really have to rethink the buy first, think later strategy.

Honestly had about half, bought anyways to get the rest, gave the extra dlcs to my friend he didn't have the game yet so it gets him going. Still waiting on a Hearts of Iron IV collection, the DLC there is really expensive still and I've been waiting to get into it until there's a good DLC collection/sale like EUIV and CK2 has had.

HoI4 had a similar deal last year, but since the game is not EoL yet, there should be more DLCs coming. I wouldn't bet on another humble bundle for it this year though.

Yeah I missed it too, I only saw it afterwards as well. I wasn't in a rush to play it so I don't mind waiting for the next bundle. I missed the CK2 bundle too, that I'm kicking myself on.

The CK2 bundle is the most valuable of all too...will say it's still a better game than CK3 even though I know CK3 will get better eventually. So much variety and interesting stuff in CK2 where CK3 tends to be very homogenous...Here's hoping though! I have been wanting to play HoIIV for a while now, but as with most paradox games they only start to get really good once half a dozen DLC are released lol Course last couple years their DLC quality has been hit and miss but still holds true.

Yeah I'm sad about missing the CK2 bundle, it never came around again. And since they introduced a subscription service for the CK2 DLCs, I had little hope that there will be a bundle again until years later. Although I was a little surprised about this bundle, since they also had a EU4 DLC subscription service, and this will eat into that.

It'll take a while for CK3 to catch up, since CK2 had 6 years of DLCs, that's a lot of content. I had been more into Stellaris in recent years though. I don't mind waiting for these bundles, I get more than enough of my strategy fix from the existing Paradox games I own, they eat up so much of your time lol

LOL Paradox games are relentless in their consumption of time. Will admit I'm in the same boat as you with Stella's. I hope they mix up the end game a bit as most times once mid to late game rolls around it's pretty by the numbers

Yeah if you get really sucked in, thousands of your hours are gone lol. Stellaris (and Paradox games in general) really needs mods to shine, it took me quite a while to find the right balance of AI mods and settings to make the end game actually interesting. Although it's not unique to their games, strategy games in general have a hard time making a fun end game, because it's too easy for the balance to swing too far to where you're too dominant or too weak to have a chance.
