Something to note, this is a direct download, not a Steam Key, steam key costs $1USD($1.33CAD) not an issue, just weird.

Damn they're charging for Steam keys on free games now?

Also it's not $1, it's $1.33. (plus tax, now)

Well, people do seem to perceive Steam keys as an inherent value. I'd say it's probably a nice business compromise to keep doing what they are doing because someone will pay for it happily.
