HVAC/Hydro

How is it that my condo fees include central air in condo fees but not unit heating? Heating fuel is natural gas and fireplace fuel is gas. How does this work?

Your condo includes electrical but not gas. Certainly I’d prefer that vs the other way around. Gas is cheaper than electricity.

Would the appliances (fridge, washer/dryer etc) be running on gas then?

Most likely, they are electric
