Hyundai Motor Finance Lease Buyout

Has anyone purchased their lease through the Hyundai Motor Finance website and avoided the dealer fees?

There was another thread about Honda finance lease buyout, and I wanted to see what others have experienced with Hyundai.

I vaguely remember a clause in my Hyundai lease document, from few years ago, that buyout must happen through a dealer. Hyundai finance portal also had the same message in the tab where it shows buyout quote.

Isn't Hyundai's buyout always higher than actual market value? I know guy who returned his leased Hyundai and bought the same model cheaper on Auto Trader.
