I get YouTube subscription emails even though my account says I have no subscriptions?

A long time ago I subscribed to a few YouTube channels.

I don't want to receive emails anymore.

I went to my YouTube page, Manage Subscriptions, and it says, "You haven't added any subscriptions yet."

Well, I keep getting emails so I don't know how that's possible.

What's going on here? How do I stop getting emails?
