I think it’s probably a not bad deal since it’s
from IBM directly. If they’re going to refurb and check them out, they know what they’re doing. Buying some rando laptop from eBay brings a whole ton of risk with it. Not saying this is a steal, but that used laptops are often a huge gamble

I was looking at that too but don't know what "french keyboard" is so ended up with the T450s =)

You need to look at the Intel CPU they come with. 4th gen was 2014, 5th gen 2015 etc.

You definitely don't want a French keyboard if you're not French. All the special character keys are displaced from a US English keyboard making programming a nightmare. The good thing about Lenovo is that parts are swappable...

These refurb prices are on par with Bauer Systems that I've been price-stalking. If they had a T5xx series I'd return my 580 and get one of these but alas they don't...
But wtf, half-decade old refurb Macbook Air still 4 figures!?

Interested to know what the condition is like, on that laptop, once you receive it.

The listing is probably wrong. In France they have azerty where we have qwerty.
The Canadian bilingual keyboard is probably what it has. It has a few extra keys but it still screws up touch-typists.
