Icebreaker's creeping synthetic content

Looking at Icebreaker's current women's tech lite graphic tees, I noticed they now have "nylon corespun" (eg. 13%). My old graphic tees are 100% merino and are practically identical looking. Pretty low of Icebreaker to sneak in this synthetic content when they market themselves the way that they do. So, be sure to check out the material content before u buy!

I like smartwool merino baselayers than IceBreakers. Smartwool tends to have the most merino by percentage. I know their socks have like 74-75% merino. More than the competition by far. Feels really nice and comfy.

A little bit of synthetic helps increase the life of the garment a lot. Patagonia used to use 100% merino, but added synthetic to it as the 100% didnt last as long as they wanted them to.

^ Looks like their marketing worked. Makes sense to have polyester blended into wool socks because socks take a beating. But otherwise, I find adds heat and shouldn't be in a shirt.
