assuming she wont have access to my phone

i heard of google inactive account manager, but that requires 3 months of inactvitiy right? i have some stocks and crypto (yes most of it is on a wallet) and 3 month is a long time given the volatility

Why don't you leave your Authy password in a safe that only your wife can access after your dead.

My wife knows all my passwords, so that's not a concern.

Give her the backup codes to every service you have 2FA enabled on.

Most 2FA setups also have a "backup code" that you can put in if you don't have access to your 2FA method for some reason. I'd check that first? And then find a secure place to put those.
