If I was a tourist, what would McDonald's in Toronto have that was different?

McDonald's in France has macaroons and donuts on their menu.

The phillipines has rice and chicken drumsticks.

What does McDonald's in the GTA have that would be reported back to another country. It would go like this, "in the McDonald's in Toronto, you can order......"

They don't put onion on the outside top of the bun like here though, that's the difference.

KFC in beijing had kebabs with chicken and some unidentifiable cartilage like material. McDonalds big mac tasted the same to me... maybe better since it was something I could identify with. =)

Exactly! It should be an all day thing here too, even if it's limited items.
Back on topic: How about pancakes with (Canadian) maple syrup? Or any breakfast item with maple syrup for that matter?

Depends what country you are visiting from.
If you're coming from the US, the menu would be pretty much the same, but if you're coming from France or the Philippines, it would be different, as you stated in your post.

just came back from HK and they have the Filet O Fish on the value menu for 10HKD! Holy mother of god...

although i suspect it to be a bit smaller than what is on the regular menu here.

It is somewhat of a delicacy in Korea from what I observed.
