If I want to sell my condo privately (BC)

It's a brand new condo, never lived in. Will I be getting all the paperwork with the help from my developer and my lawyer/notary? What are the documentation that exclusively has to be prepared by me only?

If you didn't complete yet, then it'll be considered an assignment sale, subject to the developer's assignment fee. Sounds like it's getting close to completion, so you'll have to double check with the developer because there are assignment deadlines. Pass this date and you won't be able to assign.

If you already completed, then just a normal private sale. Get a notary to draft up sales agreement.

I would also find a realtor willing to list it for you on MLS for maximum exposure to buyers. The realtor does not even have to represent you and earn a commission as you can do what is called a " mere listing" arrangement where they will list it for you on MLS for maybe $500 but you deal with all enquiries and showing and paperwork.
