Most products have a tangible MSRP. And the product can be sold above or below that depending on what the market dictates.

Real estate is much more convoluted and there is no real baseline price a buyer can use aside from comparables. Buyers are basically bidding in the dark, which gives all the advantages to the seller.

Realtors will disclose all those information to their clients anyways..... privacy is not a concern then when they get paid... just when non-relators try to do the same.. now it's huge privacy issue. Greed.

It should be a public knowledge how many of you RFD Cheap Charlies are paying for your cell phone monthly plans.
