50cent hot dogs and $1 frozen yogurt :cheesygri

I've noticed the rest of the menu items (swedish meatballs, chicken thigh, etc combos) have gone up in price over the last few years. I swear it used to be like 12 meatballs for $3

They have breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries and a croissant for $1 before 11am.

Never tried it though.

Eggs are a bit watered down, home fries are decent, sausage was salty, croissant wasnt bad. I'd pay a dollar for it :)

Wednesdays after 5pm they have a special dinner that comes with dessert and it's a good price. My husband and I like to go there for a good tasting meal at a cheap price. Kids are still young enough for the kids meals.

You can't beat the $0.50 hotdogs and their gravy is amazing. :cheesygri

Their restaurant food is also really great since its really cheap compared to a regular restuarant where you if you order the same thing, it would be double the price at least.

I go there somewhat often for their $1 breakfast (pretty amazing it remained $1 over the years, with everyone else raising their prices and all). Still a great deal and definitely a RFD meal. My only gripe about the breakfast is the eggs... which is definitely not freshly cracked eggs and is some sort of egg substitute/premixed. The potatoes are great (nice and crispy) and those sausages are good as well... I actually wonder if I can purchase those sausages from them much like how they sell their meatballs...

Just went recently and had the breakfast. They didn't have the home fries anymore. Just eggs, sausage, croissant. But it was the Vaughan store and they were having anniversary celebration so the drinks were free. So we got a coffee instead of the home frieds.

I do wish they didn't get rid of the cappucino machines, $1 for all you can drink cappucino (although not good quality) was still an RFD type deal!

In terms of the hot dog, I'd rather get Costco's $1.99 sausage with a drink. Tastier and bigger so worth like 2-3 Ikea hot dogs.

You can probably purchase the sausages from their mini supermarket.

I've had the breakfast a few times. You really can't do much better for your dollar, yeah, the eggs aren't great, but again, everything else is decent.

I also remember when the frozen yogurt cones were 50 cents. It's sad to see that it's now doubled in price, but I still buy it.
