It's hard to get a pickup slot, involves lot of work.

Delivery was minimum 6 weeks wait, I ordered in April...still nada

It blows my mind Ikea still runs promos when they can't keep up with orders...

I think $5 for pickup is good considering you don’t have to wonder through the warehouse looking for stuff and boxes could be heavy. Wish I had this option earlier so I could have skipped the delivery fee.

Their website is still crashing!
And delivery takes at least a month! For 69$!

You should try re-ordering! I placed an order a couple weeks ago, which had a delivery date in 6 weeks. I cancelled it and placed the order again two days ago, and got a delivery date of today. I'm in Vancouver.

Pretty good deal on the Hemnes tables. Solid pine and quite sturdy. You probably couldn't build that to much cheaper of you went to homedepot buying raw materials.

Click and collect is broken. First off it's always unavailable, I had to order at 12am it was the only time they opened slots. However it's been a week and i have not recieved a confirmation email telling me to pick up my order.

Trying to cancel my C&C order is another PITA that hasn't been able to happen.


My order placed on April 15 arrived on May 27 btw.

Btw for those wondering, I did receive my order 5 weeks later by fedex in 3 boxes.
