This was $20 regular price. It looks like they jacked up the prices for December and most of January. Some January dates are still $20. Their pricing is dynamic and goes up with demand. Price gouging.

It is excellent and very well done though. Definitely worth $20 but unsure if I would pay $36.95. We took our time and saw everything in 1hr10min

It is a good show / fun event.
Recommended for families.

$37 a head is a bit much. But $15-$25 feels fair.

Thanks OP, wanted to go in October but wasnt able to during their cheaper prices due to rainy weather.

Cheaper than Winter Wonderland for friends that don't have a season pass, and closer to home!

Just tried to go and it's totally chaotic. Gave up after waiting in lines of cars for nearly an hour for parking. Going to do a charge back...

Let us know how it went. It is going to be hard to justify it

When I went, I saw the line of cars from afar and parked at a relatively empty strip mall near by. For anyone wanting to go, do visit, it was worth it.

I went around 630pm yesterday (Dec 7). And after the initial wait to get into the parking lot (about 30ish mins), it was a breeze finding a parking spot. The parking lot is huge so no waiting around to find a spot. Because of that the wait was totally worth it. The event is worth the 15$ and would say 25$ would be worth it as well anything above that is too expensive.

Went yesterday for the 8pm entry. We joined the line at 7:49PM and got out of our car at 8:40. There were tons of parking spots so I’m not sure what was taking so long.

I’ll say this: the light show is beautiful, not all Christmas themed unfortunately but it was nicely done. The crowds on the other hand completely took away from the experience and was incredibly frustrating. I’d rather pay the $25 to go on a day with a smaller crowd for sure.

Went last night and it was well done - bigger and more extensive than I thought it would be. We had an early slot (5:15) and parking was a breeze. Definitely worth the $15 per adult. Could probably have your 3-4 y/o get in with a 0-2 ticket if you were inclined to try.

After a bit of back and forth with them they agreed to let me rebook for another day for free, that was satisfactory and I didn't file a chargeback. They acknowledged that they had issues with parking, probably because of the sale. Worked out for the better because it was pretty empty when I went, practically had a whole display to ourselves. The scale of the displays were impressive, and the sale price is about right. Hope they manage the January sale date better.
