Incontinence product for back door surgery/liquid weeping/seepage?

Looking for a lightweight solution for a man who has had surgery on his back door & is experiencing weeping/seepage of liquid only from the wound. The men's underwear I have seen is most absorbent (bulky) at the front & we need either plastic plants over underwear or a generalized lightweight diaper with little bulk/padding. Can anyone point me towards a product? tia.

Not sure where you are located but you can try Starkmans healthcare depot/medical supplies. They are located in Toronto. They maybe be able to help you.

I am in Cambridge. I checked & they do not have a lot of incontinence products but I ordered some plastic pant liners for a temporary fix from AliExpress. Still looking.

No, looking for comfort/less bulk.

Maybe maternity pads? They are longer than the regular sanitary pads.
