My Incorporation no longer pays myself T4 salary due to COV19, should I file myself a ROE? I am still somewhat working right now. or is ROE exempted for owner of Inc? thanks

As self employed ei exempted employer, what do you think you would gain by filing record of employment for yourself, other then spending 10mins which you will never get back?

As the owner of an incorporated company acting as a director/officer, one is not legally considered self-employed, but considered a corporate employee.

So there can be benefit in giving yourself an ROE if you need proof of employment for, say, a loan or credit application
