Incorporating

I have an interview with TD coming up.
I was contacted by a US based firm www.experis.com regarding the position and they setup the interview for me. IT job.
Experis want me to incorporate, not sole proprietor. Said that was what the bid was made for.
I did contract work 10 yrs ago but as a SP.
Any help on the process in setting up a Corporation would be appreciated.
Should I hire someone to do it for me? Any recommendations?
How much would it cost and how long would it take?
