Looking for an indoor exercise bike to buy as a gift for a senior, what's the best value for the $ in the $200 range?

TODO Mini Exercise Bike Pedal Exerciser with LCD Monitor for Leg and Arm Recovery https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B06Y4W7NQ1/ref ... UTF8&psc=1

Can do it while sitting down watching tv.

I have been looking at the same. Let me know if you find anything better. Will do the same.

This is the only thing I’ve found: https://www.overstock.ca/Sports-Toys/So ... oduct.html

A few others are in stock at Walmart.ca sold and shipped by Walmart, but over $200.

I think I’ll just wait for one of the Xterra bikes to come in stock at Costco, Home Depot, or Walmart. Otherwise I can wait for a price drop on Amazon Canada.

This type of thing really depends on the health of the senior.
Unless they have been cycling off and on, their bodies might no longer cooperate with regular bike ergonomics.
It is possible that a recumbent exercise bike might work better.
Costco.ca had one for sale in the $250 zone, but it was constantly OOS, and now doesn't even appear on their site. It came back in stock last week Monday - I ordered one, and it was just delivered yesterday.

Very much tricky to find a recumbent for a good price. Even kijiji listings seem to bottom at $200-$300, with most considerably higher.

For what it's worth, the Xterra bikes have terrible reviews. A lot of defects within weeks and the supplier isn't responsive or pushes paid on site service when customers have issues. Read the Costco and Amazon customer reviews. I wouldn't be surprised if Costco stops selling them in the future.

That’s what I thought... we bought the ProGear 225 from Amazon instead. It’s arriving Monday the 14th.

Looking forward to a review of the Progear 225. I'll probably end up buying it as well.
