So if you used the loophole (gross vs net income) and applied and got money....you get to keep it. If you're honest and never applied you don't get any.

This Gov't is just throwing away money...what's next. Those who shouldn't have gotten CERB and got it anyway will be able to keep it?

They should definitely be forced to repay because it's unfair to those who didn't apply...just give them time (maybe a year or two) and no interest for the two years.
We're all bozos on the bus until we find a way to express ourselves...

Just an FYI..there's a thread over in Personal Finance that seems more active. I'll leave this here but suggest you post thoughts, comments, questions etc over there even though the subject is related to self employment specifically and not general finance.
