Installing blinds/bulkhead (3/4 of the way)

Ok so I need to install let’s say rollerblinds or faux wood blinds including photos. The bulkhead above left window only goes a little over 3/4 of the way. I’d like to install myself as it’s like half the price but don’t know if I’m going to be able to install bracket on the roof and have 3-5” of overhang and if the unit will even clip in towards the middle versus at the end. Any help would be appreciated. Have to install second one to cover the big right window also (to be clear)

Can you screw something into the side of that bulkhead that hangs down a little to give you what you need on the right and lines up for the left as well? I realize you are in a condo and can’t use a table saw but a small piece of poplar from depot that would probably cut and you could paint before screwing it in?

not sure but that seems difficult I was hoping maybe I could put the bracket on the far right of the bulkhead and snap in the blind there but don’t want to buy the blind to see the hardware options

I dont understand how you would be able to do that.
