Internet Provider Ottawa - Switch?

Looks like I'm joining the masses and getting rid of VMedia due to their inconsistent connection and poor customer service.

I currently pay $50+tax for unlimited. What provider should I switch to that can offer a similar deal but with a more reliable connection and reputable customer service?

I use start. Located in Ottawa and it has been working well for the past 2 years

I use Distributel cable and am on a grandfathered 25mbit plan. Been with them since 3Web/CIA days, almost 12 years. Very little downtime in that period.
It seems to be better in the west end vs the east end of Ottawa.
