Not sure if this helps, but I live in an old (built-in 1975), 2 story condo townhouse with radiant floor heating.

And with my router/ cable modem setup on the first floor — I've had no issues with internet signal quality.
Event the room farthest from the modem (the master bedroom) still seems to get good signal quality.

It depends.

If there is any metal in the underfloor heating setup -- such as radiant insulation (foil) or reinforcing mesh in the concrete -- wifi will be impacted.

If there is no metal, there should not be too much impact on signal strength. Concrete will attenuate wifi signals (especially in the 5GHz band) but the impact should not be too great.

If you do have unacceptable problems, it's very easy to fix by installing an additional wifi access point in the areas that the underfloor heating is harming wifi signal strength. This will cost less than $500 if you can do Ethernet wiring yourself, but $1000+ if you need to hire someone to do it for you.
