Internet in Vancouver

Currently have Shaw and paying $150 for the crappiest internet I've ever had and don't want to give them another penny,
(tried getting them to sort it out but that did nothing and they give no credit for continual cutting in and out)

Any suggestions for reliable internet in Vancouver for a decent price?

I use Lightspeed and I am very happy with their service. They use the Shaw infrastructure so it is essentially the same service, but for much less. I pay about $37 (all in) for 30mbs service.

Ok thanks I will check them out.
We did have Lightspeed before and at least they gave us money off when service was down or spotty.
