Invest loan
I recently heard from a broker that invest loan borrowed from Manulife and B2B do not show on your credit report and has no impact to future borrowing ability. Anyone has experience/insight on this?

I have a million dollar margin loan....not on my credit report.

Well, IB margin call can take effect within few minute of market crush but the investment loan is "safe" as long as you pay back the monthly interest, isn't it?
