Can I somehow lock this in on a PC or iPhone if I get a iPad later? Any instructions on how to do so? Can't seem to find it on my iPhone's app store. Thanks!

It can be done on PC using older iTunes (12.6). It allows apps purchases.

They are identical, but

CAS = Computer Algebra System

So, why download the regular N-Spire? Because most schools do not allow you to use a CAS calculator in an exam.

But most schools will also not let you use it on a computer device right?

What does CAS have over the regular one then? Like if I was just doing work from home.

Consider using desmos (or desmos.com on a PC) or geogebra (geogebra.org on a PC)

Desmos is easier to use, but geogebra has more powerful analytic geometry stuff, like using points to make a triangle, or finding the perpendicular bisector, etc.

I didn't know people were still using TI. I think most schools have moved to DESMOS because it is so easy for graphing and table of values. and its FREE for PC, MAC, Android, iOS.
