Hi, was battery replaced to bring battery health to 100%? Or was phone purchased within the last year, and if so -was it purchased new?

hi, sorry for the late reply. the battery was never replaced, this is the original battery. the phone was barely used. it was purchased new but the apple care is done, was purchased over a year ago.
