iPhone XS Purchase Outright Deals Anywhere?

I'm assuming the answer is no but:

Is it possible to buy the iPhone XS and XS Max for less than the set price by Apple? I'm referring to a reputable store not Kijiji or anything. I have the $60 plan with Rogers and I refuse to let it go lol

Buy discount gift cards from the STC promo.

And then use those gift cards at the Apple Store in Yorkdale to buy your phone.
