I've been with Tech Savvy for 6 + years now. Never had any problems, price has been solid. I have a 30mb d (something terrible up) for 48 ish a month. Unlimited bandwidth. 2 adults and 2 kids, no cable to all TV is downloaded or streamed and i've never had a problem. Sometimes streaming live sports at really popular times
They were the only company that needed to visit my house to transfer services when i moved and the only one to not charge a fee.
There is a little bit of upfront costs as you need to buy a modem if you don't already have one, but i bought one when i started and it's been fine ever since.
